This section describes in greater detail the parametric stochastic model that has been adopted recently by the 3GPP. The combined 3GPP-3GPP2 spatial channel model ad-hoc group has speciﬁed parameters and methods for spatial channel modeling. The scope is the development of speciﬁcations for system-level evaluation with emphasis on the physical parameters, and link-level evaluation, deﬁned only for calibration purposes (not for evaluation or comparisons).
