To simplify it we might use the fact that in most cases depending on conditions only one part of elementary reactions is substantial, but it is· difficult to determine in advance which part of the reactions is important. Moreover, as was told earlier, the data concerning the rates of elementary chemical processes are known within accuracy of one-two orders of magnitude. Let us consider more detailed the reaction of hydrogen burning. As for the characteristic conditions we will take the conditions in conventional shock tubes or ballistic ranges.
